I ordered a purse from http://www.coachfactoryonlinesale2013.com / which is one of many fake on line Coach sellers (wish I knew this earlier). I have been emailing with Fiona (service01. [email protected]) since day one. At first my payment wouldn't go through and I was glad because I had realized it's not an actual Coach website. Even though payment didn't go through they charged my account and Fiona responded to one of my ten emails saying they can't cancel the order because they've shipped the item. After receiving the purse, not only was it as fake as fake can get but it was damaged. It has been over 2 months now that I've been emailing with Fiona about the return shipping address. She has requested pictures of damage and I sent them but I have yet to get an address to return this fake, damaged purse and get my money back.
They've now added some fake Michael Kors as well, beware their stuff is fake.
