Flash Web Design is contacted me to build a website. I gave all requirement but he just deliver a substandard free script code from internet enforcing m to either accept it or loose my money despite agreement was full refund if I'm not satisfied. Is that a cypher bullying? I disputed the amount without sending any evidence thinking that he has some ethics to refund my money, but he succeeded to get the money from my credit card company after he hide all evidence he stated that he delivered a crappy buggy website. I re disputed with all evidence and I won. Is that a fraud? Is that ethical to deceive the customers and try to rip them off? This Mark Scott calling me names when I asked him to either do a standard work or refund me. Is this rude, disrespect or just unprofessional bad customer services?
