Placed an order for Green Coffee Products. The 2 items were shipped out of Scottsdale, AZ but the name on the credit card that I used to pay the $9.95 for shipping and handling was charge an additional $159.97 as they said I didn't cancel within the 14 day trial period. I did cancel within 14 days of the receipt of the products. When I called the number on the packing slip 1-888-242-6470 I was told that they would give me a 50% refund and I could keep the product. I asked to speak to a supervisor which they would not allow. I hung up thinking I would receive a refund of $70.98 which never showed up on my credit card so I asked the credit card co. To dispute the charges. This month I received a credit card bill for the full amount. After calling WCS Services they said since I had disputed the charges they would not give me the 50% refund. I tried to explain that I never did receive the refund they had promised and that is why I disputed the charges. The credit card company said they did not say that they had offered me a refund just that I did not cancel per the agreement.
Please beware and make sure you read the fine print these people are out to get your money and got mine.
I took one each of the tablets and they made me very ill of which I explained to the folks. I still have two bottles of their product with only 1 tablet out of each bottle.
PLEASE do you research before ordering anything off the internet.
