I ordered the free trial of this product and now find that i am being charged for another shipment that i didn't even get!
I will definitely dispute this charge but i don't know how to get in touch with this company to cancel whatever they have me signed up for.
This is a scam!!!

Glow Despite my cancellation of the order, they shipped the order anyway

Glow Didn't realize they were going to charge me $98.50 tax, S&H if didn't mail it back. Had AMEX block them

These people offer a free trial for their hair product called Kronos, I have a copy of the web ad, and it states FREE trial. They billed my credit card $98. For the product after I kept it 30 days!
