When I pressed no, it locked me out of my computer. No matter how many times I rebuted I was locked out until I purchased the software. They portrayed the Norton name. When my account was later charged I saw a foreign exchange charge and called my bank. I then researched the name of the company on the internet and saw that it is a scam.
