Locked up my computer, so i had to purchase the software for 49.95 than not found on my computer after puchasing it

Software came up on my computer and locked it up. Could not get rid of it. Said i had a virus and a worm by the name lasps. So i bought the software and never seen it again i tried to email them for refund but no such email address
