Just discovered my credit card was charged 119.95 for the Regal ecigs "Free Sample" starter kit. Nowhere did I see any mention of this. I trusted the order because it was advertised on a trusted site. I believe this scam is fairly new and we must get the word out. I dont even like the flavor of ecig they provided me. Also this is an outrageous price for the simple little kit.
