While on the internet on 6th Jan an invitation to trial Revivagenix popped up. It said "Risk Free Trial". 30 days supply of product for postage charge of £2.95. I am used to shopping on the internet and there was no clear message that by responding to this trial offer I was agreeing to further charges of £91.31 or what this extra charge was for.
Received sample on 13th Jan and discovered Total Bodywell had taken a payment of £91.31 six days later. Phoned my bank and they said it was a scam. On 20th Jan sent 2 emails on Total Bodywell's website requesting refund and immediate cancellation of my account. This generated an automated email thanking me for my interest in their products!
I followed the procedure on their website for return/cancellation of my account and received message saying "Your account will be cancelled". I also called the UK telephone number provided but got a message saying offices were closed, despite their website saying contact could be made 7 days a week between 6am and 6pm GMT.
Total Bodywell's Terms & Conditions state "14 days to trial product before being charged".
