On Friday December 23, I placed an order for Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition SP3 OEm Full Version. Afterv waiting for a week for the delivery of the item I emailed Eeshops and someone by the name of Shelly responded to my email telling me to be patient and wait for the order. She did give me a tracking no.#RA387053679CN, that I could not use. Then when I emailed about this bogus tracking no.#, I was told by Shelly to goto http://www.17track.net / to check on the status of my delivery. After another week had elapsed I emailed Shelly again and I was told to be patient. Then on January 14, the package finally arrived, but the software disk (Microsoft Windows XP) was missing. The package contained only styrofoam and bubble wrap. I emailed Eeshops about getting a refund and they have not responded back.
