I will never buy anything from your store as long as I live. I just left your store #9200 in Chicago, IL on Addison and come to find out you no longer accept your own retail card that I've used for the last 6-7 years. This came as a great shock to me as I only use the card at least once or twice year and for large purchases. This recent purchase was for approximately $420. I have never received noticed of any of these changes and as recently as 2 months ago received a line increase. I was embarrassed and will be sure to tell my friends and relatives about the negative experience I had. Whatever disagreement you had with HSBC has cost your company this long time customer. Very disappointed!
