I orderd a "free" sample of a serum that came to $4.99 for "shipping. I also ordered a book for $1.99. I recieved the sample but no book. Then—a few weeks later I recieved another box from them and was charged $79.99 on my credit card. I have protested this to my cc company. Today, I recieved another box from them and have not yet called my cc company but I will tomorrow. This is deceitful and fraudulent practice.
