I signed up for this service and it didn't work. I only paid $2.95 to try the service, so I didn't bother trying to get a refund. I looked at my bank statement a couple weeks later and now they're charging me monthly at $29.95. I just cancelled and they offered to credit half of the $29.95. I'm not sure I'll see that credit, but I shouldn't be charged anything when the service provides nothing.
