Took out a trial period which was supposed to end 1/16. I was unable to access the webpage with my password and informed them of that via email. The webpage indicated that they would respond via email with either new or existing password. They failed to respond. I notified them again via email and they responded by referring me to a link which they said would take me to the "my account" section where I could cancel. It did not. I continued emailing them to no avail... They would not respond. On 1/17 they went ahead and charged my bank account.
