Having saw a BRITENSURE advertisement on Facebook, I used my credit card to sign up for the 30 days trial period. The only reason I signed up was because the website gave the option to cancel within a 30 days trial period.
Shortly after receiving the products, I wasn't impressed and called Britensure to cancel 6 days after the first transaction. My suspicions grew when I tried calling many times but there was no answer. This urged me to check online to see if any complaints had been posted about this company. To my horror, the words SCAM and BRITENSURE were synonymous!
Immediately, I contacted my credit card company to stop any future payments. They reassured me that future payments will be stopped and if any were made they would be refunded. To make sure of this I spoke to two separate advisors on two separate occasions, who both confirmed the same thing. I hope this is the end to this whole ordeal!
