On 25 jan I ordered the free trial p&p £6.95 from a facebook advert. I then rang them 2 days after (eventually getting through to someone after 10 mins) to cancel any further payments being taken out. I have still yet to receive my free trial. Getting suspicious of being scammed I decided to look up reviews (wishing I had done this before ordering) and to my horror there were thousands of complaints! My worry now is if britensure are going to be taking any further payments out even though I have so called "deactivated" my account.
