Same as a most people i had a £4.95 trial offer, the day i finished the tiral they took £69.99 from my account. I have tried the phone number provided but keep getting a tone similar to being engaged. There is no return e-mail address.
This morning i went to the bank, could not cancel britensure future payments, so had to cancel my card to make sure they do not take any further payments. Big inconvenience but best to be safe
