On Sept 20th i suffered an on the job injury. Every since then I had been harassed by the co-workers, managers, and people in charge everyday non stop. The manager of where i live has told me that the Manager (Tom) has called and not only asked questions about me that is not related to my injury whatsoever, but he has attempted to engage them in rumors that Tom wants to start. The co-workers at Erickson Thriftway have also thratened me, followed me home, followed me about the store and called where I live to talk personal about me. I quit my job in Dec due to the fact that I was sat in a chair for 4 hours and told to do nothing but answer the phone. Tom refused to train me to cashier, saying he could not have me sitting on a stool behind the counter, working the cash reg. Tom still calls where i live at and has once again began rumors, he and the other workers at the store will stop my neighbors and say rude things about me and my daughter. This is by far one of the worst grocery stores I have ever had the misfortune to work at!
