Manager is Rude

I was at the Westheimer location on Tuesday night with my girlfriend. We were sitting at the bar and talking. When the music started it was so loud that we could not hear each other. I asked the bartender if it could be turned down and he said no. I then asked to speak to the manager. Alex Rodriguez came up and I asked him if it could be turned down and he said, "No, you have two choices, pay your tab and leave or shut up and listen to the music." I told him he was being very rude and he said, "You have two choices, shut up or get out."

So we finished our drinks paid our tab and went across the street to the Karaoke Spotlight and spent quite a bit more money there. From now on if we want to meet in that area we are going to the Karaoke Spotlight. Alex was rude and has no business being a manager. I've managed restaurants before and you NEVER speak to a customer like that. Do not go to this location if you want to talk or if you don't like rude managers.
