I ordered 1 pair of Reebok Reverse Jam Low white / black/red size 10 US from nikedunksstore.net. I received two seperate confirmation e mails. One from service 1 @fashionpay.com & one from [email protected], both claiming to be customer service for nikedunksstore.net. I received 1 pair of Reebok Prime Runtone white/black/silver/red size 10 1/2 US. I E mailed both customer service options and received no reply from either. I tried to despute charge with my bank who said I must return shoes with a tracking # before I could file to dispute the charges. I tried to return through US Postal Service who delivered shoes to me as agent for EMS China Postal Group & Global Express Mail. There was insufficiant information on way bill, which was all that came with package "that they delivered" (there was no invoice) for USPS to return. The waybill listed Shanghaifenggangshiye as the company that shiped shoes, a phone # 021-64214361 & postal code 200031 but no street address. Since US Postal service could not find where to return package to I decided to Google Shanghaifggangshiye and there I find I have been decived. Every one involved with this purchase are scammers. I intend to report a mail fraud complaint to the Postmaster General of the US Postal Service and try again to Dispute charges with my bank as internet fraud. I also hope scambook can help.
