Charged me $2.95 and the site would not give me a vehicle report. Called all day and got busy signal or hung up tone. Finally talked to a lady to cancel and they will not refund the money. She kept saying the terms say no refunds. I kept saying " I paid and you gave me nothing" RIP_OFF!!!
