I just called SavingsAce. Apparently the the 9 digit number following their name on checking acct online listing is your customer number. When I insisted on a refund I got a "supervisor" named Dana who informed me that I had 7 days to cancel and that I had signed up for this when I signed up for MyLife. Not true. 11 days later they put the scam charge thru. As a one time courtesy they would refund it. I told him that I had already reported them to ScamBook, and he said I should take what he says to be the truth instead of a "rumor mill" such as ScamBook. Don't back down with these people. Just keep pushing the button for refund until you finally get someone. That is another trick that they use. I will write again and let you know what happens.By the way, I had this trouble with JCPenney too. I called their corporate office and let them know what I though of it and I haven't even been in their store since.
