MyLife provided SavingsAce my credit card data (who knows, maybe they are related companies?) and they started billing my account monthly. I never signed up for anything from savingsace. When I phoned to get them to stop debiting my card and request a refund, I was told it is their policy to stop taking my money in the future but they don't refund what they already took. After I got a supervisor on the phone, they relented and refunded my money. But many people may not notice the debit and/or complain loudly enough to get their money back. This is a real scam. I don't understand why the credit card processors are enabling this rip off? Or the government for that matter? There are lots of consumer complaints detailing this scheme all over the internet.
