Made to look like it was an application from my norton antivirus security telling me I needed to renew my subscription and update my software as my computer was being overrun by viruses and spyware. It gave me 3 options to purchase updated software. When I ordered it and it began downloading then stopped. I realised that there were several spelling errors on the download and looked up the company to find it was just a scam. My computer still isn't working properly and I am afraid my personal information has been compromised. I filed a dispute claim with my credit card company and am hoping to resolve this issue soon.
