Purchased a new bluetooth headset through Amazon Market Place (The OEM Shop, Best N Price). Unit arrived and it was Used and Defectived. Contacted the seller, to RMA and get replacement. I paid for the Return. Received a replacement, it was also Used and Defective. Contacted seller to get refund, they sent me an RMA with the Address to send it. I paid for the shipping again. Seller has received the merchandise back, but will not issue a credit. I have signed FED-EX receipts that they were received. Contacted Amazon to file a claim, they are also dragging their feet on this one. Their A-Z Guarentee it also Bogus. Filed a Claim with FBI Internet Fraud Division as well ad New York State Attorney Generals Office. So far I have not gotten my money back and I have no merchandise.
