This is the worst bed I have ever slept on. It started out comfortable, but as the nights wore on it has given me horrible shoulder and back pain. I have not been able to find a customer service number and have had no response to repeated emails to the company. DO NOT BUY this bed, you're better off on a futon or the floor.
