My husband gave me a pair of earpins. After wearing them a dozen times or less over the course of a year, the clip that secures the pin on the earlobe simply fell off at the point at which is was connected to the front of the pin. I contacted Solisa by email to find out how to go about replacement or repair. A year went by and I received no response. When I came upon the broken earpin in my jewelry box, I emailed them again with the same result. I would gladly call customer service and speak to someone in person, but Solisa does not offer customers that option. They do not post a business phone number.
