We bought our timeshare in Oct. Approached by a sales lady Lynda Melvoin said she was a Want to be Jew-Mexican since our nationality is Hispanic. Lynda asked us about our income what we did told her my husband works for the city I was on disability recently had back surgery. Lynda told us that what she was about to tell us that was very confidential and no one can know about what she was going to tell us, it appeared to us that she was very nice and truly wanted to help us and that she was going to be our best friend ever and vacation together to Italy since we were going to make so. Much money off the timeshare she was going to sell us. I told her about another deal we bought in Cabo she said she could get that rented or she would even buy it 2 gran no problem, she maid it sound she knew what she was talking about,
Lynda also said she had a system that we could rent our timeshare and she would show me since I had no job step by step her system but only if we bought it so we did. Lynda told me to call her asap when we got home from our Las Vegas trip well I did she said no that I had misunderstood that the points would not show up until Jan? But what about the system you were going to show me? She would always make an excuse call me in 2wks after Thanksgiving then again another excuse. Then we got a maintenance fee of 1,000.00 dollars to our surprise she said no big deal bill in Nov not due until Jan but we have not even used our timeshare how can their be a maintenance fee already? We had enough I contacted a friend who sells real estate told me to go on this website to my surprise thee are 20 other reports I 2 will have my attorney take a look at this contract and follow up on getting our money rein-burst. We got scammed!
