Winley Marketing charged my daughter's cell phone $9.99 and $14.99 for something she did NOT authorize. She thinks that it was from a Victoria Secret give away where she went to a website and put in her phone number and began to get "a billion" text messages. She was able to STOP the text messages, but the charges showed up on our bill.
