I ordered a product from the T.V. Advertisement on 7 Dec for Aust $74.01.
I received a package from the UK which was damaged & water stained & contained only a packing note to me. The top end of the package was open.
Last night 13 Jan I received a call from my bank advising they were trying to take another $74.01 from my credit card.
I am assuming now I have lost the initial amount they have taken but thank goodness my bank was able to cancel that account to stop any more money coming out
