Some one stole my credit card number from Navy Federal Credit Union account. They say I authorized the money to come out of my account. I have nothing to show for the $495.00. I called Navy Federal Pay Protection and they refunded the money in December and 5 Star has disputed the action and said, I authorized the transaction. I don't know who this company is and I have no mail transaction or email transaction. They have been calling me and harassing me. Telling me that I need an attorney. I am claiming Fraud and Scam against 5 Star. I asked Navy Federal credited my account and Just January 13 $495.00 adjustment came out of my account through 5 Star. 1-877-880-8075. I have $200.00 charges in overdrafts due to this transaction. There is no address connected to 5 Star only above phone number.
