On December 3, I ordered a Premier San Francisco 49ers "Frank Gore" women's 2011 Pink Fem Fan jersey. On December 8th, I received an e-mail from Cheap49ersjerseyshop stating that my credit card transaction had failed and I would need to place my order again. So I did. I received the jersey on Dec. 24th and received a second jersey a few days later and both transactions showed up on my credit card statement. I called the company to ask what their address was so I could return one of the jerseys. The person on the other end of the line spoke very little english and said I would receive an e-mail with instructions from them which I never did. The UPS paperwork on the package was written in Chinese with no return address as well.
