I took both of my vehicles in for service work. The guy (I would say gentleman but not true) got rude with myself and my wife, literally getting in our face and telling us we could take our vehicles somewhere else when we mentioned the price of the oil change was quite a bit cheaper at the Dodge dealership, so we were told to go there... High prices and VERY RUDE help!!
