I placed my order for $129.90 on 11/25 and it said to allow 5 to 21 days, excluding holidays and weekends. So I discounted for Christmas holidays and it has been way over the allowable days so I sent an order status request, which you fill out a form and get a form response from them. The phone number listed is no good. Then I found this website report and realized what happened. I'm going to my credit card company now for a refund.
