They changed their name to international beauty stores!
I ordered from Get Jazzed on July 2. I waited for two weeks before I tried contacting them. The website email never worked. There was no tracking email sent to me. I tried to email customer service numerous times with no reponse.
I called the number that was on my bank statement and reached someone who said my order had been cancelled because they couldn't get the product any longer. I was told a refund would be processed for me.
I waited another week and no refund. Called the number again and it went to a ringtone site. I turned them in to the BBB and no luck. I contacted my State Attorney General's Office and I'm hoping something can be done. From July 2 until October 5 and still no refund or product. How do these people get away with it? They ripped me off for $42.
