I have had problems from day one. This is my third phone since sept. 2001. Never works. Wcm never sent me a bill. Come to find out they had my name and address wrong, so i had to call them to see how much my bill was. I sent 303.96 on 2-1-02 and they still said they dont have payment. The checks have gone thru and i faxed proof of that to cust service. They also told me that it was posssible that wcm would cash a check and not credit it to your account??? What the f* is that! Anyways, i have names and phone numbers to everyone i have ever spoke to. Oh and... Everytime i call to make a change or a complaint they said it has been updated. They still have my name wrong and address wrong. I have lost four clients over this and they keep telling me that a supervisor is going to call me to waive my deactivation fee of 200.00 and that was two weeks ago. Can anyone help???...
