I made a Nov payment, missed the Dec. 2011 payment and service was terminated in Jan. I immediately made the payment the outstanding balance, in full on-line. I called this morning to see what other steps were required to restore service (I have 2 children staying in the house with no electricity for the last 2 days) and was quoted a $40 restore charge, a $50 fee and then a $200 deposit! I cannot afford that. I consider this service policy to be harsh and abusive for consumers who have no alternative for a vital service. I wish to lodge a formal complaint about the service policy.
