I ordered 2 bottles (1 Free) 3 in total from Nathans Naturals. It was ordered on the 12 th December. I received an email the following day with Status: shipped and money debited from my credit card that day.
1 month later no delivery. Since then I have called them four times which is a call centre and I got 2 autoreplies by email, same message re. Their reship policy and money back after 30 days. I have also sent two emails and no replies.
I am going to contact my solicitors, to see if I can do something about this.
