I've made an online purchase for the above product, since this is on Facebook & recommend in Singapore. To date I've not received the goods though they've sent me a confirmation email;

I've sent a couple of messages to them via "contact us" but there are no replies plus the contact number on web is an invalid number. Their web site wouldn't allow to post any comments plus if any of you have tried to click the people who had already posted comments, it will re-direct to some one totally different! Is this a SCAM? What action can we take?
