Charged $30 for Glass Top Range Cleaning Question

I was looking for help for cleaning a glass top range. I went to their web site. When I presented my question they said I would have to give a credit card no., but if I chose not to complete that transaction I would have an opportunity to with my credit no.

This never happened. They charged my credit card $30.00. I was really scammed.
