This company has a website regarding Rent To Own Homes they charge a processing fee of 199.00 which must be paid before they will give any info ansd they send you a list of homes that are trashed and either the owners cannot be found or the owners have never heard Of them. I was told I had to wait 90 days to request my refund as they guaranteed to be returned. I wasa to submit a letter requesting my money returned by certified mail returnreceipt requested as I did and spoke to and alleged manager John and also a Scott and they would contact their shipping dept. They asked for tracking # which I gave them they both said they would return my call same day. Dec 13,17, 23,28.2011 Jan 2,8, 10 is when I tried to speak with them again
