I bought into this scam after my daughter died in 2011. I asked them to reimburse me when i found out there weren't anyone of the homes available and the people were not in forcloser. They told me i had to wait 90 days. So i waited and try to go through my bank but they had already took the money and my bank was only allowed to do a nonauthorition with in 30-60 days. Im sure american standard knew this. Well, today those people they said were in forecloser are still living in their homes, not in forecloser and i am still out of 200.00. American standard is still hard to get ahold of. I have did finally got a hold of someone this passed week (may 21) and then when i mentioned my scam they told me they would get someone to help me and put me on hold i waited 25 minutes and was diconnected. Just wondering if you could help me get my money back.
