The next search engine below carfax.com is carvinhistory.com, this is a complete scam. December 6, I search this web sight to get information on a vin # for $2.95. The report for the vin # I entered into their site never happen. Three days later, December 9, they billed my card for $29.95. One month later, January 9 they billed my card again for another $29.95. Please help catch me these crooks!!!
