Same as everone else. Cancelled within the 3 days and was charged the 29.95. Was on a conference call with them and the dispute dept. Of my credit card for about an hour and they gave us a run around with eventually ending with them stating they would refund 50% (should be all) which I have yet to see. I do not mind paying for a true service but am very pissed off. I emailed the BBB at info@utah. BBB.org stated by another victim but have heard that they will say the company does not exist in their system. I want these BASTARDS to get sued and not sure what to do about it. If anyone can tell me how to get my money back and prevent this from happening to other please let me know on here. I should have researched the company more but it seemed legit and I was cheking out a car I was anxious to get.
