I made several purchases from L.L. Bean. Every time I made a purchase, it would say, your order qualifies for a $10.00 gift card.
They sent 3 of them but then refused to send the other 2 gift cards.
They said it was because I made more than one purchase in a day.
They said that this was disclosed on their website. I never saw this disclosure. If it is there, it isn't noticeable. They still owe me A $10.00 gift card and they absolutely refuse to give it to me. If i didn't deserve the gift card when I made the order it shouldn't have told me I would get it. Customer Service called it a "glitch" in their computer system. I call it deceptive. It is clearly B.S. They are full of it. They are using the gift card offer as a lure to make a purchase and when you do, they don't want to deliver the goods they promised.in my opinion that is extremely EVIL!
