I never authorized them to withdraw this money, they somehow got my account number. They turned me down for a loan and yet they still can take out the money? That is not right and I am taking all these complaints to my bank today and getting my money back, due to them deducting that $19.00 out of my account I got charged an overdraft fee of $20.00 from my bank, so now I am in the hole $39.00 dollars. When I called Williams Online Credit at 302-526-4051 the recording told me it was a one-time fee that is non-refundable, and I did not even take out a loan with them.
