I applied for a loan with this company. I never saw ANYTHING about a 19.00 fee. I am on disability and of course it is noted in my application what day of the month I get paid on. Two DAYS before my check went in my account, Williams Credit attempted to put through their 19.00 charge. It went back as NSF and my bank charged me 37.95 NSF fee.
This gets worse and worse. The day that my check actually went in the bank, Williams jumped in with their $44.00 charge (the 19.00 fee PLUS a 25.00 NSF fee.
Well then, day beforeyesterday they actually approved me for a loan. As I read through the terms and conditions that accompanied my loan documents, it clearly states that there is a ONE TIME fee of 19.00 for applying with them and that if it comes back as nsf, they will charge 25.00 nsf fee.
They got their $44.00and now I have yet ANOTHER 34.97 NSF fee rom my bank today.
This does not constitute a ONE TIME fee because I have already been charged twiceby Williams and by my bank.
Somethig has GOT to be done about all the scams on the internet. I want my money bak PLUS the bank charges, as well as an apology to me and my BANK. This is embarrasing as all get out in my small community bank. Need to file a lawsuit to get my money back plus the pain and suffering caused by the embarrassment of all this
