Hi i ordered a pair of ugg boots from a website. I cant remember the web address but i can not find it anywhere. When i looked at my bank account the money was taken out the next day. I did recieve a conformaiton e-mail, however I recently had my email account closed and i didnt save it to my computer. However on my bank statement it says beauty room clothes. I havent recived the item and it has been nearly 5 weeks now.
