I ordered a pair of ugg boots on a website called genuineuggbootsuk-sale.com on 7 December, the money being taken out of my account on 9 December by Beauty Room Clothing Suzhou CN. I did receive a confirmation e-mail and was able to see my order details on line. However, on checking the site in January, I discovered that it was a counterfeit site and ownership of the domain had been awarded to Deckers Outdoor Corporation, Greer Burns & Crain being the law company handling the matter. I am now in the position of trying to get a refund.
