Having not received a bank statement for some time I didn't realise what was happening! Then just before Christmas I received more product and became suspicious. Due to Christmas holidays etc I have just investigated and realised that I have been debited twice for the 3 products totalling over £400, how can this be possible when NO agreement has been made, this is Fraud - what can we do?
There is no way I can afford over £200 going out of my account every month.
Has anyone reported them to the Police for Fraudulent activity?
I have tried ringing but just get put on hold constantly.
Is there anyone out there that can PLEASE help us?
