On the 8th November I ordered a free sample of perfect Radiance and a Rejuva cream, I agreed to pay £5.95 p&p, I received these free samples and never thought any more of it, untill I checked my bank account on 20th December and realised I was over drawn. These people have taken £74.95 on the 21st Nov, £51.00 on 28th Nov, £74.95 on the 8th Dec, and &51.00 on 19th Dec, TOTALLING £251.90.
I have tried to get in touch, at first it was an american lady saying to call after the Christmas holidays, I then called my bank, TSB, they said this is a scam and there are hundreds of people being caught with this. They then stopped that account as they thought more would be taken, I have tried calling in the new year and the number is not recognised. How am I going to get it back? I haven't even received any more products and would not want them any way as they were useless. Can any one please help, I need this money to live.
